Who runs Setwork

Data Setwork collects

• Account information, such as your email address, username, name, password authentication details, profile image, and account settings.
• Training information you add, such as routines, exercises, lifts, cardio entries, active workouts, workout history, body weight records, and workout notes.
• Authentication and session information, such as cookies or tokens used to keep you signed in and protect your account.
• Technical information, such as IP address, device/browser details, request logs, and error information needed to operate and secure the service.
• Email delivery information when you request password reset or account-related emails.

How Setwork uses data

• To create accounts, sign you in, and keep your account secure.
• To save, show, and sync your workout logs, routines, exercises, notes, and progress across Setwork surfaces.
• To provide product features such as progress graphs, recent activity, routine management, and workout insights.
• To send account emails, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, debug issues, and keep the service reliable.

AI-assisted features

Some Setwork features may use AI providers to generate workout suggestions or analysis. When you use those features, relevant workout, routine, exercise, or note content may be sent to a service provider only to generate the requested result and operate the feature.

Sharing and service providers

Setwork does not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that help run the product, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, logging, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers are used to operate Setwork and process data on Setwork's behalf.

Security

Setwork uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections where supported, access controls, and secure authentication practices. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Retention and deletion

Setwork keeps account and workout data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request account or data deletion by emailing louiejakebell@gmail.com. After a verified deletion request, Setwork will delete or anonymise associated data unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Your choices

• You can update profile and workout information in Setwork.
• You can stop using the service at any time.
• You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting Setwork.

Children

Setwork is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact Setwork so it can be removed.
